EXPO Athens is the first large modern exhibition center in Athens. The center's exhibition space of 32.500 m2 extends over two levels and is divided into five separate functional halls of the latest design. Communication between floors and exhibition halls is easy, by stair or elevator.

Meditteranean Exhibition Center (M.E.C.)

The MEC began its operations as an exhibition centre in 1989, with an overall floor space of 12.000 m2, and hosted seven exhibitions in its first year. From 1989 to date it has hosted some 300 exhibitions, mainly commercial in character, with Panhellenic coverage.

Athinais

After years of silence, the Athinais, during the last ten years has proved to be a lively center of creativity, action and communication. The innovative multi-purpose confererence, cultural and quality entertainment center is to be found at the most important crossroads of the city, after the connection was established between the historical areas of Athens. The renovation design study, conducted in 2000, retained the appearance of the industrial site and emphasized its special architectural elements, bridging the gap between tradition and the former technology, and modern aesthetics. It came to the forefront again in 2008, fully renovated, adding a fresh perspective to creative action and the quality of life. Its activities, however, do not stop here; dwellings now become art in new urban living, and in a few months the innovative project to built 72 lofts will be completed, with a surface area of 9.000 m2 and a view of the Acropolis, with exceptional services, luxury and all the comforts, as well as aesthetically pleasing and functional design.

The Mall Athens

The shopping center "Avenue" at Paradisos, Marousi, opened its doors in May 2007 and was created as an extension to the well known successful Sanyo Carrefour Shopping Center.

Golden Hall

The Golden Hall, which opened in November 2008, is located at a key intersection on Kifissias Avenue, near the Olympic Complex, and extends over three levels. It is fully rented and houses 131 shops, which occupy its 41,000m2 (approximately). For the convenience of its visitors it offers about 1,400 parking spaces on two levels.

Olympic Athlectic Center of Athens (OAKA)

The Olympic Athletic Center of Athens "Spiros Louis" (to give it its full name) is named after the winner of the Marathon race in 1896, Spiros Louis, a resident of the Municipality of Amarousiou. The area of 1,000 stremma (1 stremma = 1,000 m2), where it is located, is under the local government administration of the Municipality of Amarousiou.

Hellenic Riding Club

The Hellenic Riding Club is the oldest athletics riding club in Greece (founded in 1931) with the purpose of promoting the sport and the equestrian spirit. It is a founding member of the Hellenic Equestrian Federation (EOI). From the year 1951 it has owned facilities in Paradisos Amarousiou, where 50 horses are stabled.

It is the place where the majority of athletes and sporting personalities of today's equestrian sports began their careers, and has always had an important social presence.
